Ways to reach us
We meet with you at your home, over Zoom, or on a call — whichever feels right. This is where we get to know your space, your style, and your budget. We always ask about budget upfront because it shapes everything we recommend. It's not about limiting your options — it's about making sure every suggestion is genuinely right for you.
Consultation types
Our dedicated fabric sourcing team gets to work finding materials that suit your taste and your budget. Unlike companies that offer a fixed collection, we actively search for fabrics personal to you — scouring suppliers, reaching out to makers, and curating a selection that feels right. We'll present ideas, mood boards, and samples so you can see and feel the options before committing.
What you receive
Once you're happy with the design and fabric choices, we get making. Everything is produced in our London workshop by our own team — no outsourcing, ever. We'll keep you in the loop throughout with photo updates and, if you'd like, live video call check-ins. For certain projects, we can even invite you to the workshop to see your pieces being made in person.
During production
When everything is ready, we arrange delivery and installation at a time that works for you. We cover London and all surrounding areas, and can travel nationwide across the UK — so wherever you are, we'll make it work.
Coverage
Our relationship doesn't end at installation. We offer repairs on everything we make — from re-lining curtains to fixing blind mechanisms. We also offer a professional fabric cleaning service to keep your soft furnishings looking their best for longer.
